By downloading, installing or using Mammoria, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use.

If you do not accept these terms, you should not use the app.

2. Service Description

Mammoria is a mobile app that helps parents track their baby's development, health and daily care activities.

The app may include:

• Height and weight tracking
• Breastfeeding and feeding records
• Sleep tracking
• Diaper change tracking
• Vaccination and checkup schedules
• Allergy and health records
• Photo gallery
• Growth charts and reports
• Reminders

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate and current information
• You must protect your account security
• You must not share your password

3.2 Data Entry

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter
• You must not enter misleading or false information
• You must not enter another person's data without permission

3.3 Legal Compliance

• You must use the app in compliance with applicable laws
• You must not violate other people's rights
• You must not share inappropriate content

4. Scope and Limitations

4.1 Not Medical Advice

IMPORTANT: Mammoria does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The app is for information and tracking only.

• Always consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions
• In emergencies, contact a doctor or emergency service immediately
• The app is not a substitute for professional medical care

4.2 Data Accuracy

• The app stores data entered by users
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-entered data
• Charts and reports are based on the data provided by the user

4.3 Service Interruptions

• The service may be interrupted for maintenance or updates
• Technical issues or errors may occur
• Some functionality may depend on third-party services

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in Mammoria are reserved, including the app design and code, logo, brand assets, visual materials, content, documentation, algorithms and features.

Users receive a personal right to use the app. You may not copy, modify or reverse engineer the app.

6. User Content and Data

6.1 Ownership

• The data and photos you enter belong to you
• You grant the app a limited license to process that data for service delivery
• When you delete your account, your data is deleted, subject to backup and legal retention requirements

6.2 Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abuse

Mammoria applies a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content, harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual or exploitative content, bullying, illegal content, spam and other forms of abuse.

Users may not share content or engage in behavior that targets, disturbs, humiliates, threatens, discriminates against, exploits or harms others.

6.3 Reporting, Review and Blocking

• Users may report objectionable posts and comments through the in-app reporting feature
• Users may block abusive users in the app
• Reported content and users are reviewed within 24 hours
• Content found to violate these terms may be removed
• Accounts responsible for violations may be suspended or permanently removed from Mammoria
• Serious safety risks may be handled faster and reported to authorities when necessary

Submitting a report does not guarantee that the reported content will be found to violate these terms.

6.4 Backups

• We recommend that you keep your own backups of important data
• We are not responsible for data loss
• Data transfer during device changes is your responsibility

7. Fees and Subscriptions

Mammoria's basic features are free. Premium features may be offered in the future.

• Subscription prices will be shown in the app
• Payments may be processed through the App Store or Google Play
• Cancellation policies are subject to store terms
• Prices may change

8. Suspension and Termination

Your account may be suspended or deleted for violations of these Terms of Use, illegal activity, security risks, inappropriate content or long-term inactivity.

You may delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer

Mammoria does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that user data will be accurate, or that third-party services will always be available.

THE APP IS PROVIDED AS IS.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, third-party service issues, medical decisions, data loss or damages beyond the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

11. Changes

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Important changes may be announced in the app.

If you continue using the app after updates, you are deemed to have accepted the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
